"I joined the Real Body Movement over a year ago. Before joining my view of exercise and being fit was alot different. I viewed being fit and healthy as being a size 8. Exercising was not something I enjoyed. I only ever stuck at gyms or diets for a month or so and then would quit. Exercise was a chore and I that's why it never lasted. 

From my first PT with Fiona my mindset started changing. I can now say I LOVE exercising and it's just a part of my every day life.
